1. Operator identity
RallyRecap is operated as an independent personal project by an individual sole proprietor.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using RallyRecap, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. Eligibility and account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for actions taken under your account.
4. Service description and intended use
RallyRecap is a coach-facing tool for session recap creation, player organization, and follow-through workflows.
5. User content responsibilities
You control what you enter into RallyRecap and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use that information.
6. Data restrictions
Do not upload sensitive personal data, including medical details, home addresses, school identifiers, or government ID data.
7. Billing, subscriptions, and cancellation
Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscription billing cadence, renewal behavior, and cancellation handling are described in your billing settings and the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. See the Refund/Cancellation Policy for details.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or use RallyRecap for unlawful conduct.
10. Intellectual property
RallyRecap branding, software, and product materials remain the property of RallyRecap, except for content you provide.
11. Service availability and modifications
Features may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service with reasonable operational notice when practical.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
RallyRecap is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyRecap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify RallyRecap from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
15. Governing law and venue
Governing law and venue will be finalized in a subsequent update and reflected in a versioned policy change.
