Refund/Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how RallyRecap subscriptions are canceled and how refund requests are reviewed.

1. Billing cadence
RallyRecap subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan cadence shown at checkout and in billing settings.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel from in-app billing controls or through Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation actions are also reflected in the billing page status messaging.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period or trial period unless otherwise stated in your Stripe billing flow.
4. Refund policy statement
Refunds are reviewed case by case at RallyRecap discretion. There are no guaranteed or automatic refunds.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@rallyrecap.app and include account email, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.
Typical response time is within 3 business days.
6. Chargebacks and abuse
We may limit account access or dispute rights in cases of payment abuse, repeated chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
7. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as billing processes evolve. Related terms are available in the Terms of Service.
